Value of Oath

An oath has value only when it is matched by action. In public life, taking an oath is not just symbolic; it creates a duty to respond to real national problems. If people feel that letters and concerns are ignored, they may question the seriousness of that oath. So the meaning of an oath depends on accountability, not ceremony alone.”

Right to Education

There is education injustice, where there is big difference in education provided in metropolitan, villages, and cities, in villages where kids don’t even know what computers are, do you think this is education injustice? The Constitution under Article 21A guarantees the right to education for every child. But a right that exists only in cities and metropolitan areas is not a right, it is a privilege.

Poverty is not normal

Today, I am here to speak about a topic that is not just an issue, but a reality — poverty. We all live in a developing country where there are skyscrapers, and at the same time, people sleeping beneath them. This contrast forces us to ask one question — why does poverty still exist? Poverty is not just the lack of money. It is the absence of opportunities, education, healthcare, and sometimes even dignity.

Legal Awareness

I believe a lawyer should not wait for people to come to the courtroom. A lawyer should go to the people and help them understand the law before problems arise. If given an opportunity, I would actively participate in legal awareness drives, interact with students, women, farmers, workers, and small business owners, and explain their constitutional rights and legal responsibilities in simple language.

Lawyers Social Engineer

One of lawyer associate applicants Tanmay Date mentioned Should lawyers be part of political awareness and politics for social, economic and political justice, when the country is in an economic crisis with rupee value going down everyday affecting every citizen of the nation? The question of whether lawyers should be “political” is a classic debate. However, there is a concept called the Lawyer as a Social Engineer. When a country is in an economic crisis and the currency

Entrepreneurship & Innovation

First world countries are progressing faster because they strongly support entrepreneurship, innovation, quality education, and efficient public services. Their governments create opportunities for people to start businesses, develop new technologies, and build global brands. On the other hand In India, we see many foreign brands operating successfully. But when we go abroad, we rarely find Indian brands on the same scale (examples- beauty industry, foods sections, etc.).

Duties and Obligations

There is no respect left for national oaths and the duties and obligations that come with them. No one cares about the people of this country and moral obligations vanished long ago. Taking an oath to serve the nation is a sworn duty, no one in other countries (of course exceptions are always there) dares such a grave denial to duty as much as it happens in India. Such actions make the people of a country lose faith in the ruling party.”

Corruption Governance Systems

Corruption at the highest levels of governance is rarely the act of a single politician, minister, or Member of Parliament alone. Large-scale scams and financial irregularities often become possible only through the combined involvement of political authority and bureaucratic machinery. While politicians may influence policies, budgets, approvals, and political protection, the actual execution of files, tenders, procurement procedures, technical clearances, documentation, and

Constitutional Obligation

Employment generation is not just a policy goal, it is a constitutional obligation under the Directive Principles of State Policy. When a government fails to create meaningful employment for its youth, when profits and resources flow out of the country to benefit foreign economies and corporations while Indian workers and small producers struggle, and when the value of the rupee declines consistently making everyday life more expensive for ordinary citizens while those at the top remain insulated, that is economic injustice. It is a betrayal of the people who elected the government to serve them.

Constitutional Commitment

The oath taken by the Rashtrapati is not ceremonial. It is a constitutional commitment to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of India and to devote oneself to the service of the people. When citizens and organisations write to the highest constitutional office of the land about social, economic and political injustice and receive no reply, no acknowledgement and no action, it raises a serious question about the meaning of that oath. An oath to the nation means you are answerable to the nation. Silence in the face of documented injustice is not neutrality. It is a failure of constitutional duty.
