law is the constitution of the land
our constitution consists of 6 fundamental rights, directive principles of state policies, and oath people take for upholding the constitution for citizens of the country
6 fundamental rights mentioned in our constitution:
right to education
right to no exploitation
right to equality
right to religion
right to constitutional remedies
right to life and liberty
what are policies?
policies are what people who have taken oath create to uphold the fundamental rights of the citizens based on directive principles of state policy
currently in our country
we have right to education, while there is difference in education in metropolitan, cities and villages where kids don’t even know what industrialisation, digitalisation, or computers are
we have right to no exploitation, while current government is draining countries resources and profits to first world countries, in creasing poverty in our country
we have right to quality, while supreme court of India does not have service level agreements to provide equality before law to every citizen of the country
we have right to religion, while politicians talk about religion and caste, not able to increase entrepreneurship and employment in the country
we have right to constitutional remedies, while courts in our country are not answering questions of law and dismissing cases not keeping the oath they have taken for the constitution
we have tight to life and liberty, while our country farmers who are feeding the nation are not able to travel the nation, while first world country farmers are travelling the world
policies depend on education of person taking oath, for example our countries prime minister who does not know what 10% of country revenue is, how many people work in government services, what is the salaries of government services or what is the revenue generated by the government services
it is similar to any household run by father or mother, where if they don’t know how many kids they have, what are there expenses or what is the revenue of the household
for the same reason our nation is in poverty
what is governance?
governance is implementing policies for every citizen of the country
while our current government does not know what checklists are, what score cards, or what service level agreements are, because of which we have corruption in the country
our current government does not know what industrialisation is or what digitalisation is, because of which we have more than 60% international brands in the country
our current government does not know what systems are, systems can be as simple as someone entering there Aadhar card number and finding all the information for policies and benefits, which will be truly upholding the constitutional right to life and liberty
