Our countries rashtrapati ji addressed the nation on 15th of August with pride, while not even upholding the oath of the office, replying to letter sent for social, political and economic injustice in the country, part two of the address to the nation, read part one…
A large number of people have been pulled out of poverty through good governance. The government has been running a series of welfare initiatives for the poor and also for those who have risen above the poverty line but are still vulnerable, so that they do not fall below it again.
Rashtrapati ji, with good governance we have more than 60% of international brands in the country, while the current prime minister is promoting international brands in the country, the rupee value of our country keeps going down creating economic crisis in the country, while running welfare initiatives government is not able to provide job opportunities in the country, the only places where people are earning well are from international brands in the country, while anyone working for the country with rupee value going down keeps getting lesser and lesser, one of the reasons farmers in our country earn the least.
Our business leaders, small and medium industries and traders have always exhibited a can-do spirit; what was needed was removing the bottlenecks in the path of wealth creation. That is so visible when it comes to infrastructure development over the past decade. We have expanded and strengthened the National Highway network under the Bharatmala Pariyojana. The Railways too have innovated, introducing new types of trains and coaches equipped with latest technologies.
Rashtrapati ji, We are a population of 1.2 billion people with no entrepreneurship support for more than more than 100 million small businesses in our country who are not able to create enough employment in the country, with infrastructure differences in villages, metropolitan areas, and cities, national highways which carry international products across the country is strengthened, whereas where people of our country live still lack infrastructure.
The country is rapidly urbanizing. Hence, the Government has been paying special attention to improve the conditions of the cities. Addressing the key area of urban transport, the Government has expanded metro rail facilities. The number of cities with a metro rail service has gone up multifold in a decade. The Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation, or AMRUT, has ensured more and more households have access to a tap with the assured supply of water and a sewerage connection.
Rashtrapati ji, the people travelling for jobs they have provided from international brands, while locals keep earning less and less with depreciating rupee value of the country, while villagers don’t have jobs travelling to cities or metropolitan where not finding jobs their kids end up working in streets, for educated people with their kids working on streets is exploitation, while more than 60% of people living in poverty in the country, there kids working on the streets having no education or economic future is not exploitation with our constitution stating otherwise.
The Government considers the basic amenities of life as rightful claims of the citizens. The Jal Jeevan Mission is making progress in providing tap water supply to rural households.
Rashtrapti ji, our rivers which use to flourish are dried out in the country.
In the healthcare sector, we have been witnessing a paradigm shift with a variety of initiatives under Ayushman Bharat, the largest healthcare scheme of its kind in the world. This scheme has already provided cover to more than 55 crore people. The government extended this benefit to all senior citizens of the age of 70 years and above, regardless of their income. As inequalities in access are removed, the poor and the lower middle-class also benefit from the best possible health-care facilities.
Rashtrapti ji, any educated person will never go to government institutions with the infrastructure and provided, with government telling the people healthcare is free, while people don’t even get attended in government facilities with population we have, first world countries provide healthcare plans where every citizen is proud to be attended by a government official for health care, and are even able to promote their healthcare via television series, movies and other platforms, while we do as well and first world country people would love to come to get treated in one of our government facilities leaving their country and ours would hate to go to first world country.
In this Digital Age, it is apt that one sector in India that has seen the most dramatic advances is information technology. Nearly all villages have 4G mobile connectivity, and the remaining few thousands will be covered soon. This has made possible large-scale adoption of digital payment technologies, in which India has become a world leader in a short span. It has also supported Direct Benefit Transfer, which ensures that welfare benefits reach the intended beneficiaries without glitch and leakage. More than half of the total number of digital transactions in the world take place in India. These developments have created a vibrant digital economy whose contribution to the country’s GDP is increasing year on year.
Rashtrapati ji, while indians are adapting to information technology while most information technology firms work for developing international services, equipment used for providing 4G services are of international brands, with more than 60% usage of international brands over 4G connectivity and only 40% Indian brands. While more than half of the total number of digital transactions take place in India, do you know how much money transactions take place in offline mode which is cause of increasing corruption in the country.
Should rashtrapati ji reply to the letter sent to uphold his oath to the country for protecting our nation from social, political, and economic injustice. Read more…
